We meet weekly for 6 months, with text support between sessions.

My coaching is based on my own experience of starting and growing a solopreneur business. My process is practical, actionable, and aligned with your values and your intuition.

I know first-hand what it’s like to feel alone, insecure, stuck, and frustrated.

I know that their are so many distractions and “shiny objects” that are distracting and overwhelming.

I know what it’s like to feel like time is running out.

And I know that in midlife lots of changes are happening – divorce, job loss, empty nest, grandchildren, peri/menopause, and milestone birthdays that have you questioning yourself.

You started your business because you want to help people and make a positive impact. Don’t get stuck in the overwhelm, distracted by things that don’t truly matter.
